However, your satisfaction matters most to us, so we do offer limited adjustments and support in specific cases.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• After 24 hours, production begins and changes cannot be made.

Fit & Size Adjustments

• If your jacket doesn’t fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We’ll review your case and may offer alteration advice, partial compensation, or a remake at a discounted rate, depending on the situation.
• To assist you better, we may ask for photos or measurements.

Defective or Damaged Items

• In the rare event you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• We’ll verify the issue and arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Since every jacket is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, color variation due to screen differences, or ordering the wrong size.
