At Prime USA Leather, every jacket is handcrafted specifically for you — made-to-order based on your selected design, size, and preferences. Because each piece is unique and personalized, we do not accept standard returns or refunds once production begins.
However, your satisfaction matters most to us, so we do offer limited adjustments and support in specific cases.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- After 24 hours, production begins and changes cannot be made.
Fit & Size Adjustments
- If your jacket doesn’t fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll review your case and may offer alteration advice, partial compensation, or a remake at a discounted rate, depending on the situation.
- To assist you better, we may ask for photos or measurements.
Defective or Damaged Items
- In the rare event you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We’ll verify the issue and arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Since every jacket is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, color variation due to screen differences, or ordering the wrong size.
